- Handcrafted Quality: Our soaps, shampoos, oils, and washes are made in small batches using cold-pressed oils and natural botanicals. As a result, minor variations in colour, aroma, shape, and texture may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect product quality or performance.
- Patch Test Advisory: While our products are free from synthetic sulfates, parabens, and harsh chemicals, natural ingredients can still cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.

- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as indicated at checkout. Additional payment methods may be offered in future and will be shown at checkout when available.
- Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times within Pakistan vary by location (typically 3 to 6 business days). Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our direct control.
- Shipping Fees: A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to orders within Pakistan. Orders of Rs 1,995 or more are delivered free of charge.
